Blazing Pans Mountain Chef Cook Off featuring Chef Wyatt

Chef Wyatt Dufresne of Plumpjack’s will be participating in a cook off verses the reigning champion, during the 29th Annual Lake Tahoe Autumn Food and Wine Festival. The competitors will prepare 4 courses in one hour, featuring s secret ingredient that is revealed right before the cook off begins.

Autumn Food & Wine Festival Culinary Competition & Grand Tasting featuring PlumpJack Cafe

Plumpjack’s Wyatt Dufresne is participating in an al fresco afternoon tasting features more than 25 top chefs in the region paired with 25 premium wines, sprits and brews in a formally judged food and wine pairing competition. The offerings are judged by a panel of food and wine industry experts, then open for ticketholders to enjoy.
