You are invited to explore this new and exciting winery with PlumpJack Cafe and Matt Licklider, co-founder o LIOCO. Enjoy a fabulous four course menu paired with wines that reflect a few great California terroirs. LIOCO Wines are based on the great wines of burgundy and focus on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. LIOCO had the cutting-edge idea to make California wines in the old world style, highlighting the special new world terroir and fruit. The unrefined, unfiltered Chardonnays never come in contact with oak and are acquired from some of the top vineyards in California.
