Site Fee includes:
- Venues: Two level (Valley room and Mountain room) event facility for reception, including 60'' round dining tables or 8' x 2.5' rectangle dining tables
- Cocktails and Dining: Beer, wine, champagne, cocktail bar set-up which moves locations as event flows to different venues. Tall cocktail tables and chairs, flatware, stemware, china, white table linens and napkins, dining room chairs with white linen slip covers,
- Audio: Valley room house sound system available for dining music - includes iPod docking compatibility, microphone for speeches,
- Extras: 15 x 15 dance floor, votive candles, candelabras, upper pool patio for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, heat lamps, market umbrellas, gas fireplace.
Additional Options and Information:
- A minimum hotel room guarantee may be required for some dates.
- Creek side Terrace and Indoor ceremony locations are available for $1000. Use of lower pool deck for ceremony or reception requires a 56 hotel room guarantee and is available for $2500.
- Outdoor dining is available for an additional $10 per person added to menu pricing.
- Dark fruitwood Chiavari chairs with cushion for ceremony or dining available for $7 per chair.
- Time restrictions may apply to all offers. Events must end by 11pm unless a 56 hotel room commitment is guaranteed the evening of the celebration.
- Food and beverage minimums apply to each offer and are not inclusive of service and tax.
- White fabric ceiling draping available starting at $600.
